CPHL
The Colorado Prep Hockey League (CPHL) is the first of two seasons we play in each school year. The CPHL season starts in August and runs through mid November. At the conclusion of the CPHL season the CHSAA season immediately begins.
CPHL is a club prep season loosely associated with Grandview High School. Our Wolves team is comprised of primarily Grandview, Cherokee Trail, Eaglecrest, Overland, Smoky Hill, and Aurora Public Schools.
Ages
The Wolves A.H.C. CPHL 2025 season is a U18 high school season. We roster Freshman through Seniors between our Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
Practices
Practices occur during the week after school. We typically practice 2-3 times per week, one of which is an early morning practice.
Where
Our home rink is Big Bear Ice Arena in Denver, Colorado. Some home games may be scheduled at Family Sports or South Suburban Sports Complex due to ice time availability.
GAMES
We play anywhere from 20-25 games during this season. Games are scheduled Monday through Sunday in CPHL. CHSAA "no contact" rule on Sundays does not apply during the CPHL season.
